Our aim is to provide top quality products at the lowest prices possible offering our customers a fantastic price promise guarantee and unrivaled customer support.
In 2009 we expanded sales across Europe, selling our products in 25 European countries with plans to expand this number considerably over the coming months. We have developed a reputation for selling excellent quality products at unbeatable prices. Our dedicated purchasing team, which includes national level motorcycle riders, are constantly researching new products that we can offer to our loyal customer base, making Ghostbikes your one stop shop for all your motorcycling and motocross needs.
For any customers who prefer an in-store experience, we have a showroom in Preston, Lancashire where you can see our entire product range and our trained staff will be happy to help fit you with the correct size garments or offer recommendations. For the benefit of all our customers we have a team of customer service agents available seven days a week including bank holidays; ready to help you with your orders and offer advice.
In 2010 Ghostbikes's dedication to our customers was recognized by The Lancashire BIBA awards; regarded as the hottest awards event for rapidly expanding businesses. We have reached the finals in 3 categories including 'Best use of E-Business', 'Small Business of the Year' and 'Excellence in Customer Support'. The winners were announced in March 2010 and we were awarded 'The Best Use of E-Business' accolade.
