United Colours Of Mas aka U.C.O.M launched on the 26th November 2011 to the Public, and will be hitting the roads of Notting Hill Carnival for the First Time in 2012 - but make no mistake U.C.O.M. is not new to the game Richard Gallimore and Paul O'Donoghue formerly of Bachanal Mas the largest costume band in the UK, have been in the game with over 15 years of experience each in the carnival arena. As well as 5 successful years of owning and running their own costume band.
In our 5th year of managing our own costume band we would like to present Our theme for 2012 "TRIBES OF THE WORLD†We are a UK based carnival costume Band who strives to be different under the artistic direction of award winning International designer Mr Paul O'Donoghue, Band Leader Richard Gallimore and 2 vibrant young designers Alfred Palmer and Seyi Afolabi.
U.C.O.M. is an Ultra All Inclusive Mas Band; we welcome people from all walks of life, no matter what island, race or sexuality you are. At U.C.O.M. we are a band that is constantly innovating, improving our product and service to stay a few steps ahead of the competition.
