The accommodation is arranged as follows:- - Sitting Room with amazing views and equipped with a television and DVD player. - Kitchen/breakfast room with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washing machine. - Master Bedroom with King Size Bed and en-suite shower room - Second Bedroom with King Size Bed. - Third Bedroom with Twin Beds. - Family Bathroom with bath and shower over, toilet and hand basin. The centrally heated property is fully equipped for a maximum of 6 people. A travel cot and high chair are available with prior notice. All linen and towels are provided but please provide your own beach towels. It is a totally non smoking establishment and no pets are allowed. The rear garden is private and totally enclosed but there are steps up from the patio level to the lawn so care must be taken with small children. Also to the rear is a garage accessed by a communal driveway.
