The SHOKK YOUTH GYM, is all about showing young people how good you can look and feel through performing regular physical activity.
SHOKK YOUTH GYMS have a complete range of cardiovascular, resistance and interactive fitness equipment specifically designed for U 16's. The body of a growing young person is very different to that of an adult, therefore it is unsafe for them to use adult fitness equipment. SHOKK's Functional Lifting Technology has been developed through a decade of sports science research, in collaboration with elite government and academic institutions.
SHOKK's induction program called SHOKK TACTICS, is a comprehensive program covering all areas of health and fitness. FULL induction to the gym is given. This will happen over several sessions and will gradually build up a young person's knowledge to ensure they can safely operate all the gym equipment.
