Taking time out to investigate thoroughly all the hair extension products in my local market; which was quite an adventure; and I must admit I encountered some scarey things! Application methods with hot irons and glues; that illicited smoke and the smell of burnt hair. So - easy in and easy out? - with the promise of so many other benefits of this system - such as lifestyle; and sport and exercise compatibility? The hair extensions were even reported to be suitable for sauna; and swimming leisure activities most generally not advised or recommended by the other hair extension solutions..... - Could this be the answer to my prayers? I could not wait to get to the clinic and get signed up! with cautious optimism at that stage; and unsure whether I could run at all with 300 metal clips clamped on my scalp(!) let alone run outside of 4 or 5 hours in a marathon; or ultra?! well I had decided if it came to that - my dream hair would most definitely have to go! - but to my surprise and astonishment my hair extensions were totally comfortable; lying flat and flush on my head. I loved to be able to scrape this lovely head of thick glossy hair; up into a high sleek poney tail... and I loved the way it swished down my back throughout the am run! My brother commented he had noticed me turned quite a few more heads on the run that day!!
