Jess is the Owner of Antrim Sports Massage and a Qualified Sports Masseuse. She has a considerable background in Sport; football to be more specific. She is an International football player, with experience at all levels including full Senior. Furthermore, she has played Professionally in Sweden as recently as 2012. Jessica has had the pleasure of learning from the best Coaches, Physiotherapist’s and Personal Trainers in various countries at the Elite level. This has culminated in providing her with a healthy and useful knowledge base concerning Athletes and the injuries they sustain. From training three times per day, six days per week to playing the best teams in the World, Jessica knows what it is like to have to perform at the highest level and understands the physical demands required. If this were not enough, Jessica has had years experience treating non-athletes with musculoskeletal aches and pains with great results.
