We are a crew of local volunteers dedicated to the continuous support of our local community by staging fundraising events and activities with the emphasis on fun and raising funds for Charities, Good Causes and other local beneficiaries. For over forty years we have helped causes and charities close to our heart, such as: The Pensioners Christmas Dinner, Regeneration of the Village Halls, Local Hospices, Emergency Services, and many more worthy groups and clubs. Our Pirate Events Calendar is filled with a variety of activities and events including: Weekly Bingo, Push Cart Race, Carnival, Carnival Party, Tug 'o War, Fireworks Display, Torchlight Procession and many more. The Blue Lights Hall is a historic Hall fitted out to an excellent modern contemporary standard in an ideal location and ready for a variety of uses for all occasions from.... Public Meetings & Planning Displays, Coffee Mornings & Social Gatherings, Produce Market & Jumble Sales, Mums & Toddlers Groups Pop-up Cafe & Restaurant and makes an ideal base location for hosting many clubs and social groups but to mention a few. We've provided a few ideas of what 'We can host' on the left menu. Blue Lights Hall is situated in the heart of the picturesque North Devon fishing village of Appledore. With a modern contemporary interior and of a medium size, but with a cosy warn welcoming feeling. The Hall offers a versatile space with an excellent range of facilities with flexible furnishing options including Disable Access & W/C's with a Hearing Loop. There is a large Pay & Display car park within easy walking distance with free on-street parking. While Blue Lights Hall offers a kitchen to prepare food and refreshments, there are also plenty of Bars, Coffee Shops and great Fish & Chip shops nearby to choose from.
