Hi welcome to my newly created facebook page advertising my shop
i will try to add more everyday and hope visitors to the page enjoy
what they see. There has been a butchers shop here for well over 150 years now
today i pride myself on butchering the traditional way hanging meat to
maximise taste and tenderness. Sausages are made everyday and the Joyce pork
sausage is the best seller which is now about a 70 year old recipe. The name
Joyce comes from Ted Joyce who was a previous butcher here. My staff and i
will give you a warm welcome and expert advice on all your meat requirements
