Jelly Tot's
Info about me:
I have worked with Children and their families for the last twelve years.
I hold a Btec National Diploma in early years. I have worked in many setting’s with children, my first being Private , then a family centre, then finally moved to become a Family and assessment worker for Children's Services.
I now feel with the vast amount of knowledge and experience I have working with children, I could offer your child an exciting learning journey.
What I can offer your child:
As you will find out, I work differently to most child minders, as I have equipped my home to cater for a structured day care setting and ensure that your child is constantly learning by working along side the national curriculum.
I provide quality childcare in a caring home environment which will enable your child to thrive. I have many years experience and an intensive supply of resources to keep your children occupied and busy whilst enjoying themselves and learning through play.
My home is fully equipped with all that your children will need when they are in my care. All activities will fit in with the Early Years Foundation Stage, We have plenty of space inside our home to meet the needs of each individual child.
Our garden is small but very child friendly, fully enclosed and full of outdoor toys, including slide, ride on toys, play house, kitchen & much more. The grass is specially designed for children and pets (it is soft and durable) the Astroturf grass is disinfected morning and night, to keep clean and safe for the children who choose to play outdoors.
We are a very pet ‘involved family’, and have two dog’s Bronson and Meekha both dogs are extremely friendly, and as puppies have both been bought up with both of my children. However I also understand the importance of safety and concerns that parents may raise with having dogs. So I can clearly state that the dogs will be separated from the children. We also have two guinea pigs - Borris & Ernie who live in the garden
I am fully committed to my new role and will thrive to make your children’s time with me happy. I will treat your child with respect and care for them as I do my own children. I will encourage good behaviour by teaching right from wrong and offering a sense of security and belonging.
Hope to see you soon,
