Body & Soul Pilates works with small groups and more specific 1-1 training.
We work with each persons individual needs, from, rehabilitation to the elite
athlete. Whether you are training for a specific sport, have a back injury, joint
problems, postural problems, inflexibility, struggle with breathing or just want to
improve your way of life, body awareness and the way your body feels, then
