An outstanding Period Bed and Breakfast Townhouse close to Ayr Town Centre and Beach.
Seventeen Eglinton Terrace is a luxury period boutique Bed & Breakfast set in a beautifully restored 19th century Georgian Townhouse located between Ayr sea front and the town centre. This elegant, ‘A’ listed town house accommodation dating from 1835 has been sympathetically refurbished, retaining its superb period features to provide a combination of Georgian elegance and modern facilities.
We believe the two most important things about a Bed & Breakfast are indeed the Bed and the Breakfast. That is why all our beds are equipped with luxury linen, goose down pillows/ duvets and silentnight miracoil 3 Spring & memoryfoam mattresses. Our delicious breakfast includes fresh seasonal fruit, homemade preserves and a choice of cooked breakfast all using responsibly sourced local, organic and free range produce.
At Seventeen Eglinton Terrace we aim to combine excellent service in a laid back atmosphere. Our idea was to create a small friendly place with a big personality... a vision which comes from lots of experiences and cues; it's things we'd enjoy and relish, with the service we'd like to receive - we hope you'll feel the same. Quality, humour, sincerity, and relaxation are our watchwords.
The County Town of Ayr is historically a popular seaside destination, offering a full range of amenities.
Centrally located within a short walking distance of Ayr Town centre and the many local attractions. Seventeen Eglinton Terrace’s relaxed, welcoming atmosphere and attention to detail make it ideal whether your stay is for business or leisure.
Built on the site of the former Ayr Citadel Fort, Eglinton Terrace is situated in a quiet residential area within walking distance of both the town centre and beach front.
