Owner of ‘Go Health & Beauty’ Natalia Mathers has over 20 years’ experience in face and body aesthetics. Natalia has practiced alternative and beauty therapies which include years of training with Moscow Beauty Institute, Orto Scientific Medical Centre, working in salon ‘Justa’ and Aromatherapy clinic ‘Ambra’ in Riga, Latvia. After moving to Aberdeenshire, Natalia has gained other qualifications including Abhyanga Massage, Ayurvedic Facial Massage and Therapies, On –Site Massage, Indian Head Massage , Reiki First Degree ,Waxing, Manicure and Pedicure, Gel Nails, Eye lashes extenshions and Threading. Natalia is registered with the Ayurveda Institute of Europe; Scottish Massage Schools and an approved member of Associated Beauty Therapists (ABT). Through her love of caring for the community, Natalia also works full time as a Carer with an SVQ in Health & Social Care, and volunteered her services giving massages for Charity through the Aberdeen Cyrenians. Current training at the moment includes no needle Acupuncture and Acupressure to extend her wealth of qualifications.
