To be CHALLENGED? Get RESULTS? Learn how to exercise on your own? Exercise AT HOME? Injury prevention or To help HEAL injuries effectivly without causing further problems. I motivate clients by setting goals and providing feedback. As a personal trainer I measure your strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments. These fitness assessments may also be performed before and after an exercise program to measure your improvements in physical fitness. What happens? Your first session will be a FREE consultation that gives us both a chance to get to know each other and for me to find out your goals, what you want to achieve in the short term, and long term, where you want to see these changes, when you want to see them by and WHY? I will also educate you in many other aspects of wellness besides exercise, including general health and nutrition advice. In the personal training sessions after you will learn new skills be pushed to your limits, and leave feeling passionate about coming back to do it again! You will also be given a personalised program that is tailored to you and your specific goals to use in your own time and a diet plan. My background: 8 years in the Royal Navy where I always had a keen interest in military style Physical Training and this has stayed with me since leaving making my 1 2 1 sessions fun, different and diverse! I also use boxing, Kettlebells, curcuit training and the new high intensity ways to gain results including Crossfit and tabata. I am a fully registered REPS instructor (register of exercise professionals) with the following official qualifications: Level 3 Kettlebells Level 3 functional training (this includes exercises for injury cure and prevention) Level 2 fitness instructing Exercise to music- including aerobics, step body pump etc Spinning What ever is your motivating factor and whatever you enjoy I can ensure you will finish every 1 2 1 session with a smile and a sense of achievement!
