Keith Elkington Transport has been providing quality specialised transport to the Catering Equipment and Hospitality Industry for over 22 years. Our client list is made up of some of the biggest names in the Industry from manufacturers to distributors and commercial kitchen design companies.
We provide a unique service to our clients with the aim of seamlessly integrating the transport needs into any project whether it be new build, refurbishment or straight equipment replacement. Our years of experience mean we fully understand exactly what is required from your transport partner.
We currently work from two locations – we have 20,000 square feet of warehouse in Milton Keynes, England and 5,000 square feet in Scotland. Both of these locations give us ideal coverage of the whole of the UK. We operate a weekly trunking vehicle between the two warehouses.
Keith Elkington Transport specialises in Catering Equipment and it makes up around 90% of our work load, the rest being taken up by other types of work that fits in with our commitment to the Catering & Hospitality industry.
The business was established more than 22 years ago and in that time has evolved into one of the countries leading commercial catering equipment carriers.
Our two locations…Milton Keynes & Bellshill give us an ideal geographical location with which to provide a complete nationwide logistical service.
We work very closely with a number of Manufacturers, Distributors and Commercial Kitchen Design companies. We offer a number of services to assist you with your transport requirements from a simple delivery or collection right through to storage for onward delivery.
We have a range of fully equipped vehicles from small vans up to 13.6 metre trailers. All our staff are employed and are fully trained and experienced.
We also provide an old equipment removal service including refrigeration for which we provide a full audit trail.
We are fully compliant with all Health & Safety issues and we are registered with the environmental agency as waste carriers and producers; this is in line with the WEEE regulations.
Our years of experience mean that we can always be relied on to provide a perfect solution to your transport needs. We can provide references from some of our many satisfied clients should you require them. We are always on hand to provide help and advice on any transport or logistical problem you may have. We are able to carry out site surveys and also accompanied site visits to assist and assess any difficult access issues.
