T C Patisserie

T C Patisserie

101/2 Lairgate, Beverley ,
We are a family run business in Beverley, East Yorkshire. We begin our journey in 2007, when Thierry began making croissants, brioche and fruit tarts at home and taking them to sell at Beverleys saturday market, they soon became very popular, so we expanded to Cottingham market. Pocklington market and Beverleys Wednesday market. During this time, it was always our dream that we would eventually open a shop. We found a place that we could manage and in August 2008 we opened T C Patisserie. We have worked hard to build up a good business and have many loyal customers, both in the shop and on the market, which we continue to do every saturday. We make all of our croissants, brioche, patisseries and savouries on the premises and our full lunch menu is cooked to order. Our new coffee machine means we can serve delicious cappucinos, americano and lattes, to name a few, with our unique blend of coffee which we buy from local coffee supplier, James from the blending room on saturday market. He has also blened us a unique cafetiere blend, nice a strong and our own blend for our filter machine. All of the patisseries that Thierry makes are available to order in larger sizes and bite size for parties or buffets. No limit to the amount of people, Thierry is happy to take orders for any size buffet!! We also make celebration cakes, our sponges are light and airy genoise sponge, layered with fresh cream and raspberries, but any flavours can be catered for. You choose what you want and we can make it! If you want it personalised thats no problem too, have a look at our photo album with some of the cakes Thierry has made in the past. Everything is possible!
