Girls Stand Up Paddle Club running weekly from Sandymouth and Westward Ho! (or Bideford and Tamar Lake if theres too much swell). £10 for 2 hours. The £10 covers the hire of a board, and a level 2 ASI instructor and beach lifeguard with you. You'll need your own wetsuit or swimmers, or you can hire one for an extra £9. No contracts, just book in on a week by week basis, so you can join every week, fortnight or monthly. The idea is I teach the basics for about 10 mins at the start of the session for those who need it then we all cruise somewhere at a leisurely pace, socialise, make new friends, keep fit, and see how beautiful our coast line is! Max group size 10 people. Can run on requested nights for a minimum of 5 girls if you want to go with your friends a different night to scheduled sessions, just inbox me!
