Dynamics Emma Parker
Emma has always had a great passion for singing since she appeared on stage at the early age of 5 where she has sung ever since. Performing arts has been present in Emma’s life since an early age and has been on the stage in various roles in different musicals. She studied music at GSCE and A’level where she gained A’s in her singing performances. Emma then went on to study Performing Arts at University of Wolverhampton where she gained a BA Drama and Performance degree in 2010.
Many singing artists have influenced Emma in her singing, but the following artists have played a big part in Emma’s vocals, Celine Dion, Amy Lee, Kelly Clarkson, Delta Goodrem, Pink and Christina Aguilera.
Since the age of 14 Emma has worked in various jobs working with children in drama schools and children related jobs. Emma’s current job is working in a secondary school as a supply teacher where she covers all the subjects across the curriculum. In her free time at the school she helps out in the music department by delivering singing lessons at the school. She also helps the students that are practicing for their singing performances by giving them singing lessons and giving them the confidence and skills needed to do there exams.
Emma started as an Assistant Vocal Coach for the Glee Choir at the Grand Theatre Wolverhampton July 2011. The glee club consists of 9-18 year olds and they put on a show every few months at the Grand Theatre or various venues..Other places Emma provides Singing lessons to is Music 2000, Virtuoso, Wolverhampton Stage School, Big Arena, vocal tutor and her own business Dynamics.
Emma recently passed her grade 8 gold medal award in musical theatre with Victoria college of music and achieved 96/100
She hopes to give students confidence into becoming great singers while developing good breathing techniques and skills needed to become a great performer.
