Titans Gym, originally opened by Martin Mckane in 2001, has recently relocated to 3-5 Thomas Street, Birkenhead, Merseyside, CH41 5DD and now lays down the marker when it comes to hardcore gyms. We target the hardcore bodybuilding and strength training market and NOT the fitness market which is already well catered for by numerous chains of gyms. Titans Gym boasts over 40 heavy duty stack loaded machines, plate loaded lever machines, racks, and olympic benches all from Powerzone in Wigan. We also have a fantastic free weights area with dumbbells by Jordan going up to 80kg and over 100 20kg olympic dics. In addition to this we have a cardio area containing the best LifeFitness and Concept 2 equipment.
We also have a Stongman Training area which includes logs, barrels, super yoke, car deadlift, atlas stones, axle, inch dumbbells and zercha for any aspiring strength athletes (under supervision).
At reception we provide a comfy seating area with Sky TV and magazines to relax after training. Here we also provide sporting drinks and supplements shop providing products from all the main brands such as Animal, BSN, CNP, DY Nutrition, Evogen, GN Nutrition, Gaspari, Interactive, Metrx, Multipower, Musclemeds, Nutrex, Optimum Nutrition, PHD, Powerbeck, PVL, Reflex, USN, USP labs and Vyomax. We are constantly putting on a range of special offers to keep our prices cheaper than the internet. We can provide advice on supplementation to cater for all needs from fat loss to lean muscle mass gain.
We provide the very best in training advice with onsite Personal Trainers available at competitive rates.
Membership costs just £30 per month and we do deals on 6 monthly and yearly memberships. We also have no contracts or joining fees and there are discounts available to OAPs, under 18s and students in current full time education. Current members of the British Armed Forces receive 20% discount on all membership types and daily rates (except those already discounted).
Our Exercise Hall contains a specially fitted wooden sprung floor along with 4 heavy duty punchbags. A range of circuit based and dance based classes are on throughout the week ideal for both men and women.
There are separate changing facilities and toilets for Men and Women both containing showering facilities.
The is a large floodlight car park on-site with Parking Control measures in force to ensure only gym users use the car park.
We are also very active in supporting charities and are and avid supporter of Help For Heroes.
With all this it is easy to see why Titans Gym is by far the firm favourite amongst competing Bodybuilders, Strength Athletes and serious hardcore trainers.
