Bognor Regis Zen Judo Club Bognor Regis Zen Judo Club is affiliated to The Zen Judo Family (ZJF) and The British Zen Judo Family Association (BZJFA). Chief Instructor: The Chief Instructor of the Club is John Robertson 4th Dan (ZJF) and 2nd Dan (BZJFA). John was talked into starting Judo by his daughter and son at the age of 36 and has now been a judoka (member) of the Zen Judo Family for over 20 years, 15+ of those as an assistant instructor in a number of Zen Judo clubs in West Sussex and Hampshire. The Bognor Club was started by John on the 1st March 2004 with only 4 students and has rapidly expanded to around 20 regular members. Coastline Driver Training has been established since 1997 and we cover most of the Sussex area. We currently have both male and female DSA (Driving Standards Agency) instructors/trainers and we all pride ourselves on delivering professional training which is tailored to meet the individual needs of the learner driver or client as we prefer to call you. All instructors are patient and friendly, turn up on time for training sessions in clean and tidy vehicles and are smartly dressed. All of our trainers are fully trained and some hold qualifications such as the Cardington Special Test at grade A, RoSPA Gold standard in advanced driving, IAM advanced motoring, ABC LEVEL 3 in Facilitated Learning and accreditation on the DSA fleet training register. Within the company we have members of The Institute of Advanced Motorists (IAM), The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA), The Motor Schools Association, The Driving Instructors Association, The ADI Federation and the Association of Sussex Driving Instructors. All of our trainers have vast experience in teaching learners and coaching those who have already passed their test through our advanced driver training, fleet training and refresher courses. We offer a wide range of courses to cater for most aspects of driver training. These range from standard driving lessons for learner drivers to full or half day fleet courses. I'm now based at New Barn Studios, North Bertsed (5 min. drive from Chichester, on route to Bognor), which boasts amazing facilities such as sound-proof rooms, PA, top computer software, guitar/bass amps, plenty of parking and a waiting room with TV! The lessons are incredible value, at only £21/hour. The Musicians Union currently recommends charging at least £28/hr) which itself is less than local competitors, so you can see the saving! I do all my own admin/website work, which cuts out 'the middle man', and these savings are passed onto the pupil, hurrah! I try to keep a healthy balance of learning new (and improving existing) techniques through songs and music styles that the pupil is inspired by, while applying relevant theory

My aim is to deliver a friendly but professional learning experience for all levels of drivers, wether just starting on the road to learning to drive or if you want to improve on the skills you have already gained.
