Film Arts Bournemouth (FAB) is an international celebration of originality and creative talent. A three-day film and fringe arts festival, FAB brings together local moving-picture arts graduate talent with international names and original work – and all in the heart of Bournemouth town centre, right beside one of the best beaches and most iconic coastlines in the world. The FAB Team and friends are planning to host the first exciting events of this dynamic new festival in 2012 and then beyond – and everyone is invited to get involved. From promoting artists on our soon-appearing blog, to helping out with screenings, to reviewing work or just joining in with our creative community. Film is for everyone – and so is FAB. At Tops Day Nurseries we provide flexible nursery care for babies from 3 months to children aged 5 years. We also provide care for older children aged 5 - 11 in our play clubs and out of school clubs.

Below is a list of all the classes and courses running in July/August. If you would like any further information please feel free to ask. AEROBICS (Suitable for All Fitness Levels): Mondays, 10am-10:45am at Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, 18 Douglas Road, Southbourne, BH6 3ER. There will be no class on 29th July and 5th August due to renovations. Please bring an exercise mat with you to this class. Tuesdays, 9:30am-10:15am at Moordown Community Centre, Coronation Avenue, BH9 1TW. Please bring an exercise mat with you to this class. Wednesdays, 6:30pm-7:15pm at Epiphany School, Shillingstone Drive, BH9 3PE. Please bring an exercise mat with you to this class. Aerobics is £5 pay as you go or £15 per calendar month for your chosen class. BOKWA: Wednesdays, 7:30pm-8:20pm at Epiphany School, Shillingstone Drive, BH9 3PE. Bokwa is £5 per session or £15 per calendar month. BOXERCISE: Fridays, 6:30pm-7:30pm at The Wessex Hotel, West Cliff Road, BH2 5EU. £6 per class or £20 per calendar month. An eight week course starts on Tuesday 23rd July, 7pm-8pm at Muscliff Primary School, Broadway Lane, BH8 0AB. Places must be booked in advance for this course. Eight weeks is £60 and this fee includes your own pair of gloves and wraps to keep. Rejoining members fee is £40. Now also includes body composition testing on weeks one and eight. BOOTCAMP: A four week course will begin on Saturday 17th August, 11am-11:45am at Epiphany School. £15 for four weeks including body composition testing on weeks one and four. HIIT: A four week course will begin on Saturday 17th August, 10am-10:45am at Epiphany School. £15 for four weeks including body composition testing on weeks one and four. High Intensity Interval Training is a great class if you want maximum calorie burn in minimal time, each week your class gets harder, but you only push yourself really hard for short bursts, with recovery periods in between.
