We have full public liability insurance and certified to EU Regulations. We have valid safety assessments to legally sell all products. These safety assessments certify that those ingredients we use can be made up in a variety of combinations as long as they do not exceed the stated limits.
All bath bombs contain olive oil which will penetrate deep into the skin and provide a long-lasting shield of moisture to keep skin smooth and supple.
All items are posted 1st class recorded delivery & may take up to 7 working days to arrive at peak times.

RETURNS POLICY
Return or exchange an item - our 100% money back guarantee.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt products that have been used/opened are non refundable.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
Please note:
1. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
2 .The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
3. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
4. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made
Refunds
We will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy ([excluding] the original delivery charges and [excluding] the costs of returning the product to us, unless faulty.
Improper returns
Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):
(a) we will not refund or exchange the product;
(b) we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product
