The Paleo Society
The Paleo Society is a place where athletes can go to learn about the Paleolithic diet. This way of eating was inspired by our earliest ancestors who lived off a diet of meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, fats, and fruits. The Paleo Society is designed to educate people on it's benefits to health, energy, appearance, physical fitness and strength. People also have the opportunity to buy recipe books to try out the diet and learn to make some tasty meals!
