We are offering hard outdoor training as a group as well as this we will track your individual progress so that you can see genuine results in your fitness and training! Whether you are training for an event like Tough Mudder; looking to push your fitness to new levels, want to try a different approach to Personal Training or just enjoy the group atmosphere this Bootcamp is for you. We are a Dundee based Swim School. We hold swimming lessons at Monifieth High School and Harestane Hydrotherapy Centre for children aged 3 years upwards. All our instructor are ASA qualified and Disclosure Checked. We pride ourselves on giving high quality swimming lessons that are tailored to each individual. Our class sizes are very small with only 4 in a group and a qualified instructor in the water with them at all times.
