GTF Xtreme A.T. Training
GTF Xtreme All Terrain training will take you to the next level of fitness, character and spirit.
You will be pushed to your limit and not to someone elses idea of what you should or should not be able to achieve.
This training will make the best of what you can be, whether you are looking to progress in fitness, competition or just as a martial artist then this is the training for you.
We will meet every Sunday at 10am at the Beacon Leisure Center (car park over looking the sea), this includes the Sundays that National Training takes place.
Cost is just £12 per month (£20 a month for 1 adult and 1 under 16 y/o) and this includes the National Technical and Squad Training in that price!! Or if you are unsure if you will get every week you can pay as you go at just £4.00 a session.
This means that you are getting some of the best Traditional Martial Arts training available for less than £1 an hour. Unbelievably good value for an unrivaled product.
