If you require any building work doing make us your first call, with our free initial consultation visit, we can help you decide what work needs doing, advise you on how to go about having the work done and how to select your builders.
Our Designers are also builders so the plans we produce are practical and we know it can be built according to plan. This means that the designs we produce are not just pretty pictures, they are a practical well thought out design that can make your requirements a reality.
Our first free visit is NOT a sales visit, it is carried out by a designer and if we cannot help we will say so, but we will still help you decide what you require and also tell you how to go about getting the people you need for the project.
The main services we offer are:
Free Consultation - Our first visit is free; we will discuss your requirements, give advice, and clearly layout our fees
Design - our designer will work closely with you to come up with a design that meets your needs and fits your budget
Planning Permission - producing plans to the agreed design and submit them to your local council for planning permission
Building Regulations - producing working drawings to be submitted to Building Control, done individually for each project
Construction - some aspects of the build we can undertake ourselves - our designers are builders too.
Project Management - managing the project, or help manage it, or just be available to give advice as the project proceeds
Health and Safety - H&S advice on all aspects of construction and help minimise & manage your Health and Safety liability
Consultation - visits can be arranged to continue discussions on requirements or any problems associated with the build
