The University of Wales, Newport can trace its roots back to 1841 and today attracts students from all over the world. Initially focused on an annual International Sculpture Symposium - now offering a broad range of Arts, Crafts and Performance in and around the village, including Poetry and Literature events.

Caerleon Craft Fair is a not for profit event in partnership with the children's charity Whizz-Kidz. All stall fees, money raised on the Whizz-Kidz book stand and tuck shop will be donated directly to Whizz-Kidz, supporting local disabled children waiting for mobility equipment. All fairs will be held in Caerleon Town Hall between 11am - 3.30pm. There is a £1 entrance fee and refreshments will be available. Stalls are £15 each. We have room for up to 26 stalls and we aim to ensure a variety of craft and arts are represented.
