Our fully qualified teachers will assess every child academically before tuition commences. From this assessment we will prepare an individual lesson plan for each child based on their own learning requirements. Each of our lessons are 80 minutes and will include one to one tuition and a combination of written and online exclusive Kip McGrath resources designed to make learning an enjoyable experience. A little homework is provided each week to reinforce lessons learned and we ask that students complete this independently without parental help. This is just one of the ways we can establish what has been truly learned and if there are still areas not fully understood before moving on to the next lesson. Sometimes gaps in learning have occurred in a particular area of the curriculum and is holding students back from keeping up in class. However, it is fantastic for us as dedicated teachers when the 'lightbulb' moment happens and suddenly a lesson is understood by a child. It makes what we do so worthwhile. Hello! Welcome to the official Facebook page for Little Chimers. We offer fun, interactive and educational 30 minute music classes for children aged 6 months to 3 years. Come along with your little one and you can meet Charlie Chimer (our resident monkey!), sing, dance, shake some maracas, play with our parachute, enjoy story time and meet other cheeky little monkeys. At Little Chimers our classes are designed around your child's age. From baby boogies to themed classes there is something for every age. You and your little one will leave smiling with new songs and activities to do at home. Try one of our classes for free, after which classes cost £3 each or £15 for a block of 6. There are no membership or joining fees so you can come along whenever suits you. Classes are held at Flemington Hallside Parish Church in Halfway, Cambuslang on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons. They are led by Angela, a qualified musician who is registered under the PVG Scheme. For a map check out our photos.
