Our family caravan is situated on the West Sands site of the Bunn Leisure Complex in Selsey, West Sussex. It is only a 7 minute walk from the Embassy Club and the beach and there is a children's enclosed play area just a minute away. We are very happy to have the beds all made up ready for your arrival including for the pull out bed in the lounge, but you will need to provide your own towels. Courtesy tea, coffee and sugar are provided to make your stay a little more comfortable. The Bunn Complex offers excellent entertainment with 3 clubs each offering a different variety of acts every evening. The mile long beach has undergone a 17 million pound refurbishment and is for the exclusive use of holidaymakers. Even if the British weather lets us down there is still plenty to do! There is a gorgeous indoor fun pool with a lazy river and slides, and also a separate traditional pool with swimming lanes for those who want to have a serious swim. There is a large indoor arcade and a kids club offers lots of fun things to do.There is even a teenage club for the slightly older ones. There is also a free courtesy bus that runs every 10 mins to transport between the amenities on all 3 sites. Bunn Leisure seems to offer something for everyone with plenty of time to relax and chill. Bunn Leisure offer the chance to purchase Membership Passes at the reception on arrival that enable full access to all the facilities. If you fancy exploring, try having a browse around the village of Selsey, or perhaps venture a little further afield to the beautiful city of Chichester with its fantastic variety of shops, cathedral and gallery. Maybe even take a narrow boat ride down the Chichester canal. If you would like to book with us we will require a £50 refundable deposit to cover any breakages. This privately owned caravan is located on the award winning west sands site. The caravan has all the essentials you may need for your stay. The main bedroom has a double bed with a flat screen TV (with freeview) en suite bathroom which includes bath, handheld shower, sink and toilet. There is additional toilet and separate shower room to service the rest of the caravan. Twin bedroom consists of two singles beds, bedside table and a wardrobe. The living room has a pull out double bed and single bed. The TV has freeview along with a DVD player. The kitchen has all cooking implements, full size cooker, tea towels, washing up liquid & dish cloths. We also include toilet roll, soap, tea bags, milk and sugar along with all duvets covers, sheets and bath towels to make your stay that little bit more enjoyable. We have a lovely large verandah with table and chairs that seats 6. For safety reasons the caravan includes a fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide alarm, smoke alarm and yearly gas and electric checks. With your entertainment passes which are purchased separately you have access to the Embassy club which is within 5 minutes walking distance and the two additional clubs (White horse and Viking). You can travel to these using the free on site bus service along with the Bunni Express train- great fun for kids!! Your passes also include the leisure centre which has a fun pool with lazy river, slides and a competition pool. There is also a health suite with sunbeds, steam room and sauna. If you are feeling like you still have energy to burn there is the gym which has 50 exercise stations plus plasma TV screens. There are several different kids clubs and activities during the day along with evening entertainment at night. An entertainment programme will be left at the caravan for your arrival. More onsite activities include the funfair, go karting, arcades and playgrounds. The beach is situated opposite the embassy club and during peak time can have several events on there. West sands is a short walk to Selsey village which includes several pubs and restaurants. A short car journey you can drive to the beautiful historic town of Chichester which has lots of shops, pubs, restaurants and weekly markets. Bognor with its award winning beaches.
