Seton Sands Luxury holiday home
Our 3 bedroom holiday home is based in the Haven holiday village of Seton Sands.
It is fully double glazed and has gas central heating throughout ensuring that no matter what the weather you will always be warm and cosy inside.
We have a large lounge with a corner sofa and separate two seater sofa ideal for watching the 32" flat screen TV with built in DVD player and Freeview channels, we also have a DAB digital radio/CD/IPod docking station.
The fully equipped kitchen has a full size gas cooker and 4 ring hob, full size fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and Tassimo coffee machine. You can also dine in style with our separate dining table with seating for 6.
Each of the 3 bedrooms has adequate storage space for all those holiday essentials, The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and dressing table there are two further twin bedrooms each with separate wardrobe and overhead storage.
We have a shower room with WC & wash hand basin and also a separate WC with wash hand basin.
The outside decked and patio area has adequate space for relaxing at the patio table complete with parasol for those who prefer a bit shade, we also have a BBQ for your use.
Our holiday home is located near the new Golf Village in Seton Sands so is in a quieter area of the village but still only a 5 minute walk from all the facilities which include swimming pool, bars & resturant, archery, bike & trike rental, chip shop, laundrette, general store and the lovely beach is only a stones throw away.
Outside the Holiday Village is a frequent bus service into the centre of Edinburgh so you don't need to worry about parking when you want to go exploring the sites. For the keen golfers once you have mastered the new 9 hole course in the village there are many other courses nearby.
Our holiday home is available to rent for 3, 4 or 7 nights and we provide all bedding & towels with beds made up for your arrival, we have a small dvd collection, a selection of childrens books and some games.
