Impact Assist was formed in 1998 by a management team that between them include a solicitor, a paralegal lawyer, a former car body repair shop manager, a fully qualified automotive engineer and an expert in credit hire and accident management and who between them have over 100 years of experience in accident claims, personal injury compensation, repairing vehicles that have been involved in accidents, hiring replacement vehicles, legal expenses insurance and looking after motor fleets for companies both large and small.
We deal with claims referred to us by insurance brokers, insurance companies, other garages, previously satisfied customers and a whole host of business referrers. However Impact Assist Claims is the direct claims arm of Impact Assist and is dedicated to reaching out directly to you, the members of the public so that if you are involved in an accident and need to claim personal injury compensation or to get your vehicle repaired following a no fault accident or to hire a vehicle (or a mixture of all three!) , you can do so quickly, without having to come to us via an intermediary and in the confidence that you are placing your accident claim in the hands of people who have a wealth of expertise in the business of personal injury compensation and accident compensation recovery.
