FOLLOWING ITS OFFICIAL OPENING IN DECEMBER 2012, THE TOP COMMUNITY CAFÉ NOW SERVES A RANGE OF DELICIOUS SNACKS, LIGHT MEALS AND DRINKS TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND OFFERS A FULLY CATERED MEETING ROOM FOR USE BY LOCAL RESIDENTS, VOLUNTARY GROUPS AND CLUBS.
