We welcome all classes of competitor, and with a medal and goodie bag for all those who finish the 5 mile race, plus refreshments along the course route, and not forgetting the encouragement and warm hospitality from us, the Didcot Runners...how could you possibly NOT want to join in the fun! The course is organised and run by volunteers from the runners club. The club is going from strength to strength with well over 100 members; we pride ourselves on our warmth, inclusivity and that we welcome and cater for all levels of running ability. Please do come over and chat to us on the day if you want to know more about our regular training schedule or anything running related, or cake, that too is also a popular topic for conversation. This well established community school occupies two sites, one on each side of Lydall's Close, Didcot. The older building dates from the late 19th Century but has been extended substantially. This building is used for infant children aged 4-7 years - the Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1 of the National Curriculum. The newer building on the opposite side of the Close houses twelve classrooms, our computer suite, library, the general office and a large assembly hall equipped for PE. This building is used for junior children aged 7 to 11 years - Key Stage 2 of the National Curriculum.
