Hi, I have been cake designing for around a 18 months and have to admit it's one of my biggest passions.. I have attended culinary/catering college and gained qualifications in the following: Level 2 Diploma in Professional Cookery Level 2 Diploma in Food and Beverage Service Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering I make celebrations cakes, cake pops, Iced sugar cookies and cupcakes.. My aim is to provide a bespoke service to suit all budgets and strongly believe a cake should taste as good if not better than it looks :) I am fully insured (liability cover) and have a newly decorated, fully equipped kitchen to deal with any orders I may have. The Site Cwm Banw Tipi Retreat is along a ¼ mile track and nestled in a secluded 45 acre private meadow valley with direct access to Brecon Beacons National Park land. A bubbling river (Cwm Banw) runs alongside the retreat and is a favorite with visiting grandchildren and guests alike. A swing seat and hammock provides an ideal place to read a book or just close your eyes and listen. to the peace and quiet, crackling fire and the odd mountain sheep. Some guests have commented on sighting an otter along the river bank and a heron is a frequent visitor. The retreat is a mixture of Native American and the rustic frontier living of early gold prospectors. The Tipi's The genuine Tipi's from America has a hand painted lining depicting a deer and eagle created by Native Americans. The double futon beds sleep two adults with duvet and pillows providing the ideal comfortable night’s sleep. Two chairs and an aspen log table crafted in Wyoming provide a cozy space for an intimate late night candle lit supper. Our Tip's are a very flexible space and we can adapt it to suite your needs. We can provide a double futon bed, duvet and pillows for couples. If you are a family with younger children we can provide up to 2 extra beds and a travel cot. If you are a small group then we can sleep up to 4 adults (2 sharing). For larger groups or families with older children we can provide an additional canvas Bell Tent, or you are free to bring your own additional tent and bedding for £10 per night per person.
