Hi, I have been cake designing for around a 18 months and have to admit it's one of my biggest passions.. I have attended culinary/catering college and gained qualifications in the following: Level 2 Diploma in Professional Cookery Level 2 Diploma in Food and Beverage Service Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering I make celebrations cakes, cake pops, Iced sugar cookies and cupcakes.. My aim is to provide a bespoke service to suit all budgets and strongly believe a cake should taste as good if not better than it looks :) I am fully insured (liability cover) and have a newly decorated, fully equipped kitchen to deal with any orders I may have. At I.C. Quality Meats in Newtown, we have over 30 years combined experience in the retail butchery trade, having owned shops in Cardiff and Llanidloes. We look to offer our skills and experience to local customers and those from the surrounding area. As past winners of the South Wales Sausage competition and entrants in the Royal Welsh Show Sausage competition we hope to entice customers with a full range of homemade sausage and home cured bacon made with the finest free range pork. Our aim is to always source our meat from British Farms and local producers whenever possible.
