Cafe Bangla was by far the best I have ever had in my life...it really is excellent food, tastes really fresh and has so much depth of flavours to it... we have only eaten there once, which was about a month ago, and we are just now ordering one to take away for tonight, I can't wait! lol they have won loads of food awards too, I'd highly recommend this restaurant and have recommended it to friends. It is decorated very tastefully and modern too and I will definately be going back.

Boldon Cricket Club ... has been situated at its Sunderland Road Ground, on the outskirts of East Boldon, a small but beautiful village just 6 miles from Sunderland and 10 from Newcastle. Overlooking the beautiful nearby rolling countryside, we have an ever-growing membership and is one of the focal points of a thriving village community. Boldon Cricket Club is widely renowned as having some of the best facilities in the DSL and the quality of the batting tracks (sadly for the bowlers) is well known through the wider North East region. In recent times we have hosted a number of representative games. The pavilion is spacious and has a relaxed atmosphere where members and visitors alike can have drink and enjoy the cricket. It is also widely used for both private functions as well as many Cricket and Squash Club organised events. Whilst we may have a growing membership, we are always looking for new members and sponsors.
