The Archery, as the Society is affectionately known, has a long and distinguished history in the evolution of the modern game of lawn tennis. As befits the oldest lawn tennis club in the world, the Archery is set in beautiful surroundings illustrated by the photos on our website. The facilities are varied and of the highest standard with the club boasting 6 grass courts, 4 shale courts, 2 floodlit artificial grass courts and the further use of some tarmac courts at local schools - allowing play on a variety of different surfaces.

Having been extablished since 2010, we have run over 30 Courses and 50 Private Sessions/Mock Exams, helping over 200 Registrars from all over the UK... WHY CHOOSE US? Each candidate involved in all 18 role-plays, doctor in minumum of 6 cases each. PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT Feedback from previous courses show that we are in touch with what trainees want and need - simple, practical advice on consulting in the exam - we don't aim to show the perfect consultation as in a COT/CEX, but simply what gets you TO PASS THIS EXAM! We feedback to candidates after each individual case, whilst it is still fresh in your mind - a point that is repeatedly mentioned and appreciated in our feedback forms. Feedback received from IMG candidates has also been very positive. All role-players are doctors who have passed the CSA - this allows the role-player to react how you would expect in exam scenarios. You will never be asked to play the patient as in other courses. All consultations will be in single consulting rooms, set out like the CSA. We cover all types of scenario, including telephone consultations and home visits. There will be a mixture of acute problems, chronic disease, communication stations, annual checks and health promotion - in essence, all that could come up on the day. At the end you will get to keep your individual feedback forms FOR EACH ROLE PLAY THAT YOU DO.
