Our Mixed Kickboxing Classes are suitable for men, women and children of all ages and fitness levels. (Children from the age of 7 years). Mixed classes are great if you are joining on your own or together with your family as there are always plenty of other member to train with together. People join our classes at all times throughout the year, ensuring that new beginners will always have someone else at their level to train with. Lots of families enjoy training together in a Mixed Kickboxing Class and benefit from a healthy, fun shared activity. Schools with Mixed Kickboxing Classes have a great atmosphere and the classes are designed in such a way to make the training beneficial and enjoyable for all ages, abilities and fitness levels.
