All our accommodation units are individual, homely and finished to a high standard for a stay at any time of year. Garden Barn; A traditional flint and brick barn in the garden of Green Farm House. With exposed beams and velux window it has a light airy feel with mezzanine bedroom in a gallery style and king-size bed. There is under floor heating, practical slate floors, wood burning stove with a basketful of logs. The kitchen is hand built with washer/drier and dishwasher. WiFi, DVD, TV,stereo, a selection of books and DVDs are also available to make your stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. Regrettably we do not accommodate children or dogs at Garden Barn. There is a small patio area which enjoys the morning & evening sun and there is safe parking for one car. Garden Barn has welcomed many returned guests over the years. Our change over day is Friday. A tray is laid ready for your arrival with fresh milk in a jug in the fridge and fresh flowers in a vase! Wishing Well; We have recently renovated a pretty 2 bedroom semi detached cottage, "Wishing Well" which is situated just down the lane from Green Farm House. We have retained many original features including pamment floors and wood panelling but also introduced lots of modern features to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. There is underfloor heating in the kitchen and radiators elsewhere powered by a heat pump. In the sitting room there is a wood burning stove with a basketful of logs, comfortable sofa and armchair, DVD and stereo. The kitchen is well equipped, hand built with a dresser, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. The main bedroom has a king-size cast iron bed and pretty victorian fireplace (not in use) and both bedrooms have delightful far reaching views over fields. There is a practical heated utility room with washing machine and cast iron clothes airer suspended from the ceiling. Ideal for those needing to dry clothes after sailing or walking! The cottage has a large cottage garden, with sheltered patio area enjoying the sun for much of the day. There is a picnic bench and parasol. The original well is a feature in the garden but is covered by a steel grill. We are delighted to welcome children and a high chair, stair gate and travel cot can be provided. There are a selection of DVDs, games and books. We regrettably do not accommodate dogs. Plenty of safe parking. Our change over day is Friday. Fresh milk in a jug is in the fridge a tray laid with biscuits. Fresh flowers in a vase are ready and waiting for your arrival! And bed and beakfast in the Garden Room; The Garden Room is attached to our home at Green Farm House. This room enjoys the early morning sun and looks out on the garden through the French windows. It also provides a private entrance so that guests can come and go as they please. The exposed green oak beams and velux windows provide a light airy room. There are slate floors through out with under floor heating and a wood burning stove with a basketful of logs. There is a large comfortable sofa and armchair, books, Wi Fi, TV and DVD player and a pretty cast iron king-size bed. The large private shower room has the added comfort of a heated towel rail and bidet. Breakfast is served in the south facing conservatory over looking the garden. There is tea and coffee facilities in the room with a tin of biscuits and fresh milk. As we enjoy the coast line and the great out doors there are facilities for drying wet kit after sailing or walking! Regrettably we do not accommodate dogs! Parking for one car.

All boxes and other items are made from recycled timber, the wood used depends on whatever is available at the time and can range from mahogany, oak, walnut, beech and obeche. The joints are all cut by hand usually using Japanese hand tools. They can be stained or painted and given final coats of beeswax or shellac. Boxes etc can be ordered to personal requirements or can be bought as stock items which will be uploaded when they are completed.
