Many of you will know me through my previous employment as Rentals Manager for another agent in town.
My vision of a professional letting agent is one that gives a personal and friendly service whilst adhering to high standards and procedures. As the owner of several residential lets myself, my rule of thumb has always been that I would not put a tenant into a property that I wouldn’t put into one of my own. Good documentation is also critical, particularly when it comes to Schedules of Contents and Condition in order to safeguard properties and tenant’s deposits.
We will provide a fully comprehensive service to both Landlord and Tenant. Landlords can expect to receive current and knowledgeable advice on letting their properties, from tips on how to maximise letting potential, with realistic valuations of rents that can be achieved, to full disclosure of Tenant’s suitability for their property. Equally Tenants can expect to be treated with respect and matched to a property that meets their needs and affordability.
