C&A Equine Laundry
For cleaning, reproofing and repairing all your horse wear!
We are conveniently located for customers wishing to bring their own items for servicing, with ample free parking.
We also provide a FREE weekly collection and delivery service throughout the whole of the North of England for any number of items, please call for further details.
We have invested heavily in our business premises, including professional washing and drying equipment. Using proven products to clean all rugs and re-proof outdoor rugs, all items are cleaned and dried according to the manufacturer’s instructions using top quality products.
Unlike many other rug washing companies all our rugs are dried in our specially constructed drying room. (We don’t tumble dry rugs), reducing the risk of shrinkage /heat damage.
All our repairs are carried out in-situ by professional machinists to both indoor and outdoor rugs (and much more), whether it's just a broken buckle or a large rip. You can choose to have a quote before the work is undertaken, so there will be no hidden surprises.
We do require all rugs to be cleaned prior to repair.

Although we specialize in Embroidery to the equine world, our embroidery service covers all aspects of embroidery for horse wear, clothing and other garments. We provide good quality items for embroidery or we are happy to embroider your own garments*
We offer a wide range of horse rugs, saddlepads and rider jackets that are suitable for embroidery. We don't aim to be a tack shop, but if there is something specific that you would like embroidering we will endeavor to source the item for you.

If you have a club or company logo that you would like to embroider, simply e-mail it to us and we will do the rest.
Whatever you are looking for we will strive to provide for you. We can provide single one off items or larger volumes for teams or clubs.
Request an embroidery quote
As most embroidery requirements are so individual, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Our 'see before we stitch' service provides an email proof and costing of your request so that you can approve it. Our proofs will be as close to the final result as we can get, so you can see what your embroidery will look like, i.e. we take the time to visualise the background colours to represent the colour of the garment.
In addition, we can superimpose your requirements over garments, saddlecloths and rugs to help you visualise the end result. This is useful when trying to set the correct size and colours for your items.

*Customers own garments are embroidered at their own risk. C&A Embroidery cannot be held responsible
for replacement if an item is damaged during the embroidery process. Customers own items are handled with extreme care however from time to time mistakes/equipment failure can happen. We will advise you if your item is not suitable for embroidery.
