Norton Brook is a lovely 4 bed, 3 bath cottage, situated on the west side of the Isle of Wight within a short walk or drive from the colourful village of Yarmouth. Full internet and SKY channels. Close to the bays and beaches of Colwell and Totland. The cottage is furnished and equipped to a high standard to provide very comfortable accommodation for 9 people in 4 bedrooms and 3 bath/shower rooms. Two separate sitting rooms. Sunny back garden and parking for 3/4 cars. Wonderful walks along the coastal path and nearby Tennyson Down.
Only a 10 minute walk from the centre of the delightful coastal sailing town of Yarmouth which has a variety of small shops, public houses, tea shops and restaurants. Easy access to the mainland on Wightlink ferries to Lymington.
Situated on the west side of the island the sandy coves of Totland and Colwell Bay are only a few minutes drive away.
This is a wonderful walking area and visitors can join the coastal path which links Yarmouth with the Needles and Tennyson Down - from which there are wonderful panoramic views across the Solent. There is also the nearby Freshwater Way – a pleasant walk across fields to the ‘old’ part of Freshwater where there is a lovely church, a farm shop, a good public house for meals and a beautiful area with much bird life around the River Yar.
Norton Brook offers spacious accommodation for 7/8 people in 4 bedrooms with 3 bath/shower rooms plus a ground floor w.c. and two sitting rooms. The cottage has been furnished and equipped to a high standard and is centrally heated. On the ground floor there is a fitted kitchen, a range style gas cooker and hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, sink and dishwasher; tiled floor.
The cottage also has a very attractive dining area in a conservatory where meals can be enjoyed. A washing machine, tumble dryer and additional fridge freezer are in a separate utility area.
There is a charming separate spacious sitting room with comfortable large sofas, a large television with Freesat & DVD player; a second sitting room with a sofa, arm chairs, television/Freeview/video player, a small study area; a lovely ground floor master and single bedroom; a cloakroom with a basin and w.c.. Stairs lead up to another delightful bedroom and third double room. In total, there are three double rooms (two with a king size bed) .
Heating and electricity provided at no extra charge. Folding bed available to enable two children to sleep separately. Travel cot/high chair available if required. WiFi internet available.
Norton Brook has a delightful, secluded, paved courtyard style garden at the rear with a table, chairs and parasol. There a further area of garden at the side of the property with a small patio and parking for ¾ cars. The cottage is on the road linking Yarmouth to Freshwater Bus service within 2 minutes walk. Public house and general stores 10 minutes walk.

Equipped for wheelchair access and one of the showers has walking disabled aids.
Norton Brook is available for weekly holiday bookings from Saturday to Saturday.
