We make handmade fudge in both traditional flavours, as well as more modern flavours. Fudge originated from Virginia in the USA, and was actually a mistake. Some food historians peg the date to February 14, 1886, but the exact origin and inventor are disputed. Most stories claim that the first batch of fudge resulted from an accident with a bungled (“fudged”) batch of caramels, when the sugar was allowed to recrystallize.

All orders are custom made to order so I can be as creative as you wish! All my cakes can be made diary, wheat and gluten free at no extra cost. Orders over £40 receive free delivery within the Medway Towns otherwise a small fee will be added to cover petrol costs. Cupcake orders are a minimum of 6 per flavour.
