Riverside studio is NOT A GYM we are a private fitness/wellbeing and fun studio where EVERYONE can find a class to suit their needs......whether it be......Pilates-strengthening the inner core, balanced, de stressing and relaxing classes, fun and cardiovascular, fat burning, toning and lengthening, Latin and Ballroom dance, a variety of dance classes, over 50's Zumba Gold, Bootybarre.....WE HAVE IT ALL!!!!
With a large social coffee area to chill out after class and catch up with your friends we want to encourage more and more people to look after themselves and become more aware of their own bodies!
We are not a gym where some people feel intimidated but a place where you will feel extremely motivated, educated in understanding how our bodies work and welcomed!!
