Peak Performance Personal Training
You will experience a professional and interactive workout when you train with me at Peak Performance Personal Training.
You will be able to reach your fitness goals whilst having fun in a training programme designed just for you and see real changes in your body shape and fitness levels.
You will be working with me on a one to one basis and I will encourage and motivate you to exceed your expectations and to break your own personal bests! I am a member of the REPS and Premier qualified and therefore you have peace of mind you are training with a professional Personal trainer. All of your programs will be recorded and we will push the boundaries at every session.
You will be able to access health checks, nutritional advice and revise your fitness objectives and I encourage you to do this every 6 weeks. In addition after your personal training session take the chance to relax in the spa area.
