We offer recreational classes from age 3 years upwards. We have classes five days a week and a large squad who compete nationally and internationally. Our general gymnastics classes run: Mon 16:30-17:30 Tues 16:30-17:30 Wed 16:30-17:30 Fri 16:30-17:30 Sat 09:00-10:00, *New class for older children 10:00-11:00* and an advanced class for 2 hours by invitation only. All our coaches are either training gymnasts or ex-gymnasts with a minimum of one years coaching experience. There is a cafe on site where parents can wait, and you are of course welcome to watch their first class. We run one event a term for parents to watch and see their childrens progress, these are badge testing, a competition and a show at a local theatre. The club rows at the Hillingdon Outdoor Activity Centre (HOAC) in Harefield. This has full car parking, changing and showering facilities.
