OPENING JUNE 2012 Offering a variety of traditional British, European and International dishes, using locally sourced fresh ingredients, Neil comes back to Hatherleigh to open The Red Room. With 22 years experience in the catering trade, and a record of putting previously unknown pubs and restaurants back on the map, from June 2012 Neil will be back in Hatherleigh. Offering the fine quality food for which Neil has become known at sensible realistic prices, Hatherleigh will have its very own Bistro. We have an enthusiastic team to make your visit to The Red Room a memorable one and we would welcome the opportunity to wine and dine you! We will have on offer a selection of wines and beers, not to mention the odd spirit, but you are also welcome to bring a bottle*. All we ask is that you pay £1.00 per bottle “corkage”. We will be only too happy to provide you with the food, the glasses, the service, and of course the welcome, and you can bring your own wine if you choose*. We cater for all so if you have an allergy or are intolerant to some ingredients, let Neil know and you know he’ll do his best to make sure you enjoy your meal too!!
