Kundalini Yoga in Hebden Bridge
Kundalini yoga is much more than a system of exercises to help you relax and keep fit. As well as postures it uses breathwork,, meditation, rhythmic movement, chanting –even dancing and laughing. All of these practices work on the subtle energies in the body, with the purpose of enabling you to fully experience your essential nature, and with it your innate joy, aliveness and inner peace.
