India Red has evolved and transformed over the years. Its current, sophisticated look and menu makeover has ensured its continuing position as one of Cannock’s leading Indian restaurants.
The restaurant is well known for its Chef’s Home Style cooking, combining high-quality fresh British products with sub-continental flavours to create refined dishes. With Tandoor oven and traditional open-grill cooked dishes, homemade sauces, freshly baked bread made daily on site, India Red’s cooking is a memorable explosion of the finest flavours designed to excite and delight the most sophisticated of palates.
All our fresh ingredients are sourced locally which we combine with authentic and exotic spices from around the world.
India Red’s management team has over a decade of experience in running successful restaurants in Derbyshire, Staffordshire and the West Midlands. Our Chef mastered his skills in Bangladesh and has since worked in some of the UK's leading Bangladeshi restaurants.
We have two large dining rooms; the first section is the place for a quite, intimate evening and the second room is open plan to accommodate a party/function of any size – up to 60 covers. Total covers for the restaurant 130.
