However, for that debate to be meaningful it has to take place in a safe and fair environment in which others feel that they also can post or comment without fear of being harassed or belittled for expressing their opinion. Therefore Hereford Futures is planning on implementing this fair usage policy from December 1st 2012. Whilst we will still encourage everyone to be involved in our social media, we will expect that those who choose to comment will moderate their posts, in order that everyone may participate equally. Once introduced, contributions which fail to use self-moderation to comply with the Fair Usage Policy may be removed.
