The Tap and Spile is a traditional, family run Real Ale Bar and Bed and Breakfast, situated in the centre of Hexham, Northumberland. With 7 handpulls, we offer a wide selection of fine real ales from near and far, as well as a good choice of malt whiskies, wines and lager. We host regular live music sessions: Folk Night is the third Thursday of the month; Jazz and Acoustic sessions are every second Wednesday of the Month; not to mention weekly Sunday Tea Time sessions, showcasing local musical talent.
